Mr. George Rombotis
Mr. George Rombotis has been in the restaurant etiquette for the past 30 odd years. His vast knowledge of food and the upkeeping of a restaurant is extremely beneficial to his clients. He devotes his time to La Merveille where he makes sure all transactions are upheld to their fullest. Without him La Merveille would not be what it is today. He is the mastermind of this establishment.

Mr. Theodore Rombotis
Mr. Theodore Rombotis has been working at La Merveille since its inception. He devoted his time and his career in becoming the chef that he is. As his father's protegé, he has masterminded the kitchen to what it is today. As the opening chef, he arranges his food preparations for the day ahead. Once gone for the day, Theodore has everything organized for his employees for all sorts of scenarios.

Mr. Steve Rombotis
Mr Steve Rombotis, although a late comer to the restaurant compared to his brother, has been just as instrumental as Theodore. He has installed influential organizational capabilities for fluent transactions between suppliers and staff. His experience with other restaurants along with his university education, have provided La Merveille with that something that was needed to further improve the establishment.

Waitresses
Waitresses at La Merveille are selected randomly with a few core influential ones that have been with the Rombotis family for a long time. They are the middlewomen between the clients and the final product.
